This is our last boutique fun day before our quilt show and will be at the BETA Center from 10:00am until 2:00pm. Our project will be Pottery by Machine. We will work on a small bowl. The bowls I have made were all out of scraps of quilt backs. Come join the fun!
Supply List:
- ½ yard fabric – batiks are great, but any print will work. Precut into twelve (12) ¾” strips. You will have about half of the fabric remaining.
- Thread to match
- 3/16” braided clothes line – cotton-covered or nylon-covered will work. The kind that is vinyl covered won’t work. A 50-yard hank will make a big bowl.
- Zig-zag sewing machine with an extra bobbin – if you have an extension table, bring it too!
- Heavy duty sewing machine needle – 100 or 110.
- A few straight pins
- Rotary cutter, mat and ruler.
Joyce Johnson will also be here to answer questions/provide assistance with your quilt show entries.
